Hello friends
Today we made a card without using stamps.
We used a stencil instead to make a background. We did stencilling with Craftyscrappers ink pads and Craftangles stencil. We finished off with handwritten sentiment on a strip of vellum and few punched hearts.

Rinbow wiper card

Hello friends,

We are here with a Wiper card, using digi stamp from Oddball Art, that we won in a challenge. This card is based on the theme- Be Grateful. We have for the first time used all the colors of rainbow together in a card. This is the first time we have created a scene, we don't usually do that.

Wiper card

We punched out some flowers using a scrap piece of paper, and added tiny details using markers. We feel that those details on the flowers make them look realistic and lovely, don't you agree? Aren't those tiny birds and flowers adorable?

Craftyscrappers DT Post- Ocean of Love shaker card

Hello friends,

We are here to share our  DT inspiration post for Craftyscrappers!

Check out their new Valentine release, they have four amazing stamp sets which will make the crafter in you go crazy!! We got the Boat Love stamp set as a part of our DT kit.

Here, we go with the project for this month's challenge at the Craftyscrappers. 

PROJECT-1 Ocean of love Shaker card
We have made a shaker card with Boat love stamp, see the cute couple, aww soo cute.. Isn't it? They have clear card element which is just perfect for your card, no need to spend time cutting or trimming as it is pre- cut to the standard A2 card size. Now, that's a bonus.

PROJECT-2 Love birds

 On the inside, we have made quilled birds, you may write short and sweet messages or keep chocolates inside if your box is bigger.

We have made a shaker card this time. We love shakers, they are so much fun and definitely would cheer up the person receiving it.

We have used the sentiment from Craftyscrappers-BOAT LOVE. The stencilled BG is from Craftangles stencil. We punched out some hearts and used hem as shaker elements. Ain't it pretty?

Mixed Media Art- BELIEVE in yourself

Hello friends

We have made a mixed media layout. It is the first time we are trying our hands at mixed media art. We thoroughly enjoyed making it. Our new year resolution this time is to learn new things and try them. As we tried mixed media for the first time, we are sticking to our resolution and that feels great.

You too can try making this layout.

Materials required-
Cardboard for base
Black gesso
Stencil from Craftangles
Craftangles-Art wax-Iridescent blue
Glimmer paste
Pistachio shells
Hot glue gun
Fevicryl Acrylic colors-Pearl pink
Chippies from Expressions Craft
Punched flowers and hearts
Magazine cut-out
Foam tape-double sided

Procedure
1. Apply black gesso all over the base. Let it dry.
2. Take a magazine cut out of a lady, stick it on the base. Using hot glue gun, stick the pista shells to form the gown for the lady.

3. Paint the shells (gown) with color of your choice.
4. Using glimmer paste, create pattern randomly on the base through the stencil.
5. Paint the chippies with black gesso, after it dries completely, apply some art wax to highlight. Place it on the base with foam tape.
6. Place the punch cuts with foam tape to add dimensions.
7. Add the sentiment, and you are done.

Monochrome Greeting card

Floral Shaker Card

Hello friends

Hope you are having a great weekend.
This time we tried our hands at something we had never made before-a Shaker card. It was in our to-do list for a long time and we finally made it. Yay, we are quite happy with the outcome. We spent a lot of time in figuring out how to go about it. We wanted to participate in few challenges, so combining them into a card which had all of the elements was quite challenging for us. But we overcome all those hurdles and here we are with our shaker card.

We have used a floral pattern paper as love for flowers never fails. We used some gold sequins as the shaker element. To finish it off, we used floral punches and quilled butterfly. To add oomph factor, we added some half pearls.
