Foxy card- 2 (Thank you card)

Hello friends,

We are back with another card.

This one using a rotating stencil to create a plaid design. Ain't it cool!? We cut a piece of vellum in circle shape and placed behind the stamped image to soften the background a bit.

Supplies used:

Fox stamp by Neat and Tangled

Plaid stencil by Craftreat

Dye Inks by Tubby Craft

Foxy card

Hello friends,

We are back to blog after a while. Since we took a break from card making, when we returned to it recently, we were facing artist's block. So, we thought good way to begin creating again would be to keep things simple by sticking to basic supplies and techniques.

So, we started playing with stencils. And, the result is a CAS card. We are happy with the outcome. ✌️

Football theme Birthday card

Hello everyone,

We are back with a birthday card.

We tried something different this time - a football theme card. It was made for a friend's son for his birthday.

We used these hexagon dies for the first time since we bought it 2 years ago. We love doing scene building using stencils.

Football was created using hexagon dies. We cut multiple white and black hexagons and stuck it together on a base and cut it out using a circle die. The final football you see is our second attempt. First one didn't turn out quite well. The trick to get a ball that looks moving is to cut it at an angle.

This idea of making a football using hexagon dies is inspired by another card maker. We don't remember the name, but, we came across the post on Instagram.

Supplies-

Hello Stamp set from Waffle Flower Stamps

Scene builder stencil from SugarPea Designs

Hexagon dies from SugarPea Designs

Little Alphabet dies by MFT

CAS Masculine Birthday card

Hello everyone,

We are back after a long break from card making. There were things on the personal end, we couldn't find much time to craft.

We made a relatively quick card. Masculine cards often seem challenging for us. So, we decided to stick with minimum elements.

We used a pattern paper for the background. Then, added a black die cut behind silver glittery die cut for added drama. And finished off with a little balloon for some interest!
