Pink striped card

 Hello everyone,

Stripes fever is on....

Sneaked a little time to play with pink shaded paper strips, and oh boy, how refreshing it was!! These strips are from our last hobby- quilling. Ever since we started card making, they have been sitting neglected. Finally, we put them to use.

We paired up with Kraft cardstock this time for a change, and I must tell you, we have been loving it!!

Added some green leaves die cuts πŸŒΏπŸƒ for giving us the spring vibes...

You are the sweetest

 Hello everyone,

We have been inspired by the color palette @magengodesigns for this card, where we have used paper strips for the background and used the stamp against vellum to bring the focus. The sentiment is from Bitty Bears stamp set by My Favourite Things.

By the time, we entered the Challenge, they had announced the winners. We were lateπŸ˜…

Mother's Day card- Hidden sentiment technique

 Hello everyone,

Amma, aayi, maa, mom, mamma, mummy...

Different words, different languages, same meaning, and one emotion!! πŸ’–

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers in this world, who make this world a better place with their love.

We have used layering stencil by Craftreat for the flowers. This card has no stamping involved. We wanted the word AMMA to be the focus, so we didn't use any other sentiment. Doesn't this hidden sentiment technique look so cool? We are happy with the outcome.

Mini art journal- Grow Beautifully

 Hello everyone,

What's your go to on days you feel low!! For us, it listening to soothing music, and art of course!!

There's something therapeutic about art journalling, no rules, it's all about going with the flow and enjoying the process. And we love adding inspirational quote (source: Pinterest). Used vellum to mute the background, and we love how it makes the black die cut stand out. Added white doodling to the background.

The girl image is illustrated by our dear friend Raga of @perkyhobby.
